Sally Cardy, MPM - Certified Recovery Coach,
Who I Am
Originally from England and now living in the U.S., I bring 26 years of recovery and lived experience with addiction to the work I do. Over the years, I have built a long and meaningful career in roles that taught me the value of structure, clear communication, and showing up consistently for others.
Those same qualities now shape how I support people in recovery, with empathy, accountability, and a strong belief in each person’s ability to grow and heal. I work with individuals and families through all stages of addiction recovery: whether it’s substance use, compulsive behaviors, or process addictions. From early sobriety to long-term maintenance, I meet people where they are.
In addition to recovery coaching, I also work with people who struggle with chronic disorganization, clutter, or hoarding. Together, we create systems, routines, and environments that foster calm and order, helping clients regain control of their physical and emotional space as part of their healing process.
Based in Philadelphia, PA, I provide coaching both online and in person for those located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. My rates are intentionally affordable and flexible, determined by each person’s needs and circumstances.
Outside of work, I’m a mother, pet owner, queer community member, and a lifelong fan of karaoke, hiking, magic, and improv.
My coaching is grounded, practical, and tailored. I help clients move beyond addiction by building stability, purpose, and joy, whether that’s finding work, repairing relationships, creating routines, or transforming a cluttered home into a more peaceful, functional space.
I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey and a special thankyou to my sponsor, Christine H. for allowing me to use the picture she painted for me of the Cape May, NJ light house as a cover page,
